Delivery: All orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier. A proof of posting is always obtained. Recorded delivery is an extra 80p.
We post out Monday - Friday. All orders placed before 12 noon will go out the same day. At very busy times this may vary slightly. If an item is required urgently please state at the time of ordering.
Payment: All payments go through Paypals secure site. We do not see your credit or debit card details at any time.
Our site is updated on a regular basis. At busy times in the studio shop it is some times difficult to do this. When an item is out of stock we will put it on back order and send out as soon as possible. If you do not wish for any out of stock item to go on back order please state at time of ordering and we can refund for the out of stock items.
At all times we strive to give a high level of customer service. If you can not find an item please email sales@craftden.co.uk or call 0114 2340 732 as we may have it in stock.
Orders can also be placed by phone, all major credit and debit cards accepted.
We have lots of new stock arriving weekly and not yet added to our site so please keep calling back.
Damaged goods: All goods are sent out in perfect condition well packaged to ensure they reach you safely and intact. If you receive a parcel from us that is damaged please take a photograph before opening it.
