All on-line orders:  We try to ensure all orders go out with in 48 hours. At very busy times this may take a little longer. All order placed over the weekend will be printed off and processed on the Tuesday. All orders are sent by Royal Mail or courier when necessary We always gain a proof of purchase from the Post Office.

Damaged goods: All goods are sent out in perfect condition well packaged to ensure they reach you safely and intact.  If you receive a parcel from us that is damaged please take a photograph before opening it. Payment: All payments go through Paypals secure site. We do not see your credit or debit card details at any time.

Our site is updated on a regular basis to try and keep the stock levels monitored. On busy times it is difficult to do this, in the event we have sold out of a product we would first try to contact you by email and then by phone to see if an alternative is required or to inform you when the product will be back in stock. At all times we strive to give a high level of customer service. If you can not find a product please email sales@craftden.co.uk as we may have it in stock.
